Position Summary

NuView Trust Company provides self-directed retirement account custody and administration to over 9,000 clients with over $1.3 billion of assets under administration.  Unlike most financial services firms, NuView specializes in allowing clients to self-direct their account outside the stock market into tangible investments, such as real estate, mortgages, precious metals, private companies and more.   With 20%+ growth year over year, NuView continues to expand its sales and marketing efforts to keep up with the rising demand for its services.

The Director of Retail National Accounts primary responsibility is to achieve the company’s annual new Retail investor client growth objectives.  The position will supervise, train, and support NuView’s Retail New Business Development and Sales Representatives.  This position will lead the development of NuView’s Retail annual sales strategies and quarterly initiatives, build strong personal and company relationships with clients and across the industry, and successfully execute on and further build upon the company’s sales management practices.   The position will work closely with company and third-party representatives to promote NuView and successfully service all new and existing Retail clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee National Real Estate Investment Associations

  • Establish and deliver speaking engagements
  • Coordinate all day training bootcamps
  • Identify REIAs with monthly attending opportunity for sales team

Manage and Promote Ambassador (referral) Program

  • Identify candidate speakers for Ambassador Program
  • Secure agreement with ambassadors
  • Manage relationships

Coordinate National Events

  • Identify additional speaking/exhibiting opportunities
  • Speak at national events
  • Generate sales leads from on-stage promotion
  • Coordinate event details and logistics through marketing team
  • Oversee event lead follow up through sales associates
    • o Push promotions from stage via text code

Sales Management

  • Oversee and assist Senior Sales Associates business development activities
  • Manage overall sales new account target through direct production and that of the sales team
  • Direct all NuView sales initiatives
  • Create and deliver sales training to sales team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from accredited university or college
  • Three (3) years of outside sales experience selling to businesses and/or consumers
  • Real estate and/or financial experience preferred
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team and individual sales quotas
  • Demonstrated leadership experience developing sales professionals and annual sales plans
  • Experience presenting to groups using effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Fearless and passionate self-starter consistently demonstrating positive attitude and persistency
  • Up to 50% travel and opportunity
